sorry folks I did a terrible job about keeping up with this during the trip... I caught a cold and it was all downhill from there. Suffice it to say, we had a great time and Yes, God did show me something. We saw a myriad of churches with bible verses all over them that millions of people saw everyday for hundreds of years... but most did not believe... sad... it could have made a huge difference in Nazi Germany and then later the former East Germany... will it make a difference now?

Day one

made it to Frankfurt so far... still have one connection to go. The flight from Philly to FRA was uneventful. Although a beautiful A330 Airbus plane and plenty of room, no one sat next to me, the dinner and b'fast choices or lack thereof for a major airline was unsettling!

In a few days...

In a few days my family and I will begin a trip... a trip that will traverse paternal family lines for me and a trip that I hope will open up more avenues of understanding within my family and most notably with my GOD.
